Self-breathing respirators are respiratory protective devices that rely on the wearer's own breathing to overcome the resistance of components. It is characterized by simple structure, light weight, no power consumption. The shortcoming is that air tightness and safety is relatively poor.
Self-sufficiency breathing protective equipment refers to the compressed gas cylinder as the source of gas supply to ensure the normal breathing of personnel breathing protective equipment. The compressed gas cylinder is used as the gas source and is not restricted by the toxic species and concentration in the external environment, but it has heavy weight, complex structure, inconvenient use and maintenance, and high cost.
Power supply breathing protective equipment refers to the respiratory protective equipment which relies on power to overcome the resistance of components, provide air source and ensure normal respiration of personnel. It is characterized by overcoming resistance with power, low physical load of personnel in use, which is suitable for environment and occasions such as high intensity of operation, low ambient pressure , critical situation, psychological stress and so on.
